Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team, focusing on recruitment and onboarding of top-tier real estate professionals. You will be the first contact for prospective agents, driving outreach and coordinating recruitment meetings.

In this remote-eligible role, you’ll collaborate with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to refine prospecting strategies, manage CRM tasks, and keep candidates engaged through the process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
• A passion for growth, networking, and creating opportunities.
• Live in Texas or within CST.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and outreach to assess interest and build a candidate pipeline.
• Schedule recruitment pitches and arrange meetings with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth.
• Maintain and update CRM records; handle recruitment administration tasks.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers and Team Leaders to refine prospecting strategies.
• Support smooth recruitment operations and timely follow-ups with candidates.
