Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team. You will be the first contact for prospective real estate agents, handling outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, and managing administrative tasks to drive engagement with candidates.

Work closely with Growth leaders to support SERHANT.’s expansion initiatives. The role emphasizes building relationships, coordinating pitches, and maintaining CRM activity, with remote eligibility for Colorado-based candidates.

• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective agents and recruitment leads.
• Initiate outreach, schedule recruitment meetings, and handle administrative tasks.
• Drive engagement with potential candidates and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers and VP of Growth to support expansion strategies.
