SERHANT. is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. This role serves as a key support function in recruiting and expanding real estate professionals for SERHANT.

You will act as the first point of contact for prospective agents, initiate outreach, schedule recruitment meetings, handle administrative tasks, and drive engagement with candidates. You will work with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to ensure expansion success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
