Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team in a hybrid role based in Utah.

You will be the first contact for prospective real estate agents, driving engagement, scheduling recruitment meetings, and handling administrative tasks to support expansion efforts. You will work with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to build a strong candidate pipeline, manage CRM records, and refine prospecting strategies while ensuring a smooth recruitment process in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
