Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in business/revenue operations, marketing or sales, preferably in SaaS/FinTech.
• Ability to run an operating system and business reviews with cadence and accountability.
• Proven cross-functional influence across product, marketing, sales and finance without direct reports.
• Outcome-driven track record with blockers, alignment and measurable results.
• Strong customer/market insights and translating them into strategic actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial growth initiatives with crisp leadership recommendations.
• Generate and advance hypotheses for acquisition, upgrades, retention and partnerships.
• Run commercial experiments shaping pricing, packaging, adoption and retention.
• Strengthen operational rigor with accountability across functions and reviews.
• Build alignment through monthly business reviews and clear ownership across channels.
