Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Growth, Strategy & Operations Principal for its Workforce Solutions leadership team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own outcomes and craft a forward-looking HCM strategy within a fast-growing SaaS/FinTech context on the QuickBooks platform.

Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, driving alignment, operational rigor, and measurable revenue growth through data-driven, executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in business/revenue operations, marketing, sales; high-growth SaaS/FinTech preferred.
Proven ability to run an operating system and business reviews with cadence and accountability.
Cross-functional influence without direct authority across product, marketing, sales, and finance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end growth initiatives and surface blockers, trade-offs and risks with actionable solutions.
Generate and advance hypotheses for acquisition, upgrades, retention, and monetization vectors.
Shape the business model through experiments in pricing, packaging, adoption, and retention.
