You will drive growth experiments, build a cohesive strategy, and align executive leadership around a clear operating plan.

The role emphasizes ownership, executive communication, and matrixed collaboration across product, marketing, sales, and finance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in business/revenue operations, marketing, or sales.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS/FinTech is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to run operating systems, business reviews, and cadences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial growth initiatives with clear recommendations.
• Develop hypotheses for acquisition, upgrades, retention, and new monetization vectors.
• Run experiments shaping business models across the customer lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Institute accountability across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Provide monthly business reviews and clear ownership across channels.
