Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal on the Services Portfolio Strategy & Growth team to shape how the business sets priorities, allocates resources, and executes its most critical initiatives. You will own the Services Operating System and partner across Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR to drive velocity and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in operations or strategy, exceptional executive communication, and a track record turning data into decisions with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, or management consulting in tech/SaaS.
• Deep expertise designing operating cadences, planning processes, and business reporting (KPIs, scorecards, reviews).
• Strong ability to connect strategy to execution with financial planning skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to land a point of view with C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to drive planning and execution across organizations you don't control.
• AI tools fluency and ability to integrate AI into operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the Services Operating System.
• Design and run forums where Services’ biggest decisions get made to focus leadership on decisions.
• Streamline processes to be efficient, forward-looking, and actionable.
• Build durable operating frameworks and governance mechanisms for the organization.
• Lead planning, priority setting, and resource allocation.
• Orchestrate annual planning for the Services portfolio with clear owners and success measures.
• Establish prioritization frameworks to translate strategy into execution and investments into impact.
• Run the in-year rhythm with checkpoints and re-prioritization as the business evolves.
• Surface data-driven insights that power decisions and cut dashboard sprawl to essentials.
• Craft and deliver performance narratives to Services and Intuit leadership.
