Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal in Business Strategy and Operations to own high-impact, ambiguous problems and drive durable growth for QuickBooks. You will partner with senior leadership, shape the strategy, and personally drive the most critical work streams that cross product, marketing, sales, finance and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field.
• Experience directly advising senior executives and supporting complex, high-stakes business decisions.
• Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear insights for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape where QuickBooks goes next and translate that into structured analysis and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Success & Delivery.
• Build AI-native operating systems to monitor performance, product engagement and execution status for executive reviews.
• Identify and operationalize growth initiatives across QuickBooks and the accountant ecosystem.
