Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Growth, Strategy & Operations Principal for its Workforce Solutions team to own outcomes and shape the forward-looking HCM strategy within the QuickBooks platform. You will drive end-to-end growth initiatives, surface blockers, and partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance to move initiatives from insight to impact.

The role combines strategy with operational rigor, building a cohesive business case for investments, leading executive reviews, and translating market

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in business/revenue operations, marketing, or sales in high-growth SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven ability to run an operating system and business reviews with cadence and accountability.
• Cross-functional influence across product, marketing, sales, and finance without direct reporting authority.
• Outcomes-driven track record—driving alignment and landing measurable results.
• Strong customer/market insight and ability to translate into strategic actions.
• Extremely ownership mindset and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end growth initiatives and surface blockers, trade-offs, and risks with crisp recommendations.
• Develop cohesive strategy for HCM investments and AI-enabled ecosystem plays.
