• Proven ability to run an operating system and business reviews; drive cadence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for growth initiatives and surface blockers, risks, and solutions with crisp recommendations.
• Advance hypotheses for acquisition, upgrades, retention, partnerships, and monetization vectors.
• Run commercial experiments addressing pricing, packaging, adoption, and retention with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen operational rigor by focusing on outcomes and clear ownership across teams.
• Build alignment through monthly business reviews and role clarity across channel teams.
• Build cohesive strategy and business case for HCM investments and ecosystem plays.
• Translate customer insights into clear strategic actions and executive thought partnership.
• Deliver a narrative of performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Design repeatable workflows automating planning deliverables and stakeholder communications.
