Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or related field.
• Experience advising senior executives on complex decisions.
• Ability to synthesize large, messy information into clear insights.
• Strong business judgment linking strategy, operations, and execution.
• Experience designing executive operating rhythms and planning processes.
• Ability to cut through ambiguity with a clear point of view.
• Executive level written and verbal communication.
• Genuine curiosity about small businesses and FinTech software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business operating rhythm from design through execution and management.
• Lead planning processes and define goals supporting revenue outcomes.
• Identify operational gaps and develop scalable processes and tools.
