You will drive growth initiatives, partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, and define monetization paths, pricing, and new offerings.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in business/revenue operations, marketing, or sales, preferably in high-growth SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven ability to run an operating system and business reviews with cadence and accountability.
• Cross-functional influence without direct reporting authority across product, marketing, sales, and finance.
• Outcomes-driven track record of identifying opportunities, resolving blockers, and landing measurable results.
• Deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
• Extensive executive communication skills and ability to present clear narratives.
• Experience driving change in matrixed organizations and guiding AI-enhanced workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial growth initiatives with crisp recommendations.
• Generate and advance hypotheses for acquisitions, upgrades, retention, and monetization vectors.
• Run experiments shaping the business model across the customer lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen operational rigor by focusing on outcomes and accountability across teams.
• Establish trust and alignment via monthly business reviews and clear ownership across channels.
