Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand growth, demand generation initiatives, and the marketing team.

This leadership role works closely with the CEO, VP of Business Development, and other executives to drive growth. The ideal candidate will build and coach the marketing team, partner with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Operations, and ensure content reflects the BCT brand with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 7 years progressive marketing experience.
• 5+ years of leadership/people management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or B2B environments.
