Job summary

Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives, while collaborating with executive leadership, vendors, and customers to deliver scalable campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of campaigns and strategies.
• B2B Experience: Strong understanding of B2B marketing (preferably within manufacturing or OEM environments).
• Technical & Digital Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies and translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and intensive deadlines independently.
• Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and customer meetings as needed.
• Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the US, with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Own marketing initiatives end-to-end, from concept through execution.
• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
• Lead the development, delivery, and optimization of all creative and technical marketing content.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to internal marketing staff and external vendors.
