• Proven success leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, delegation, and accountability skills.
• Demonstrated ability to align marketing activities with sales objectives and revenue growth.
• Extensive experience across multiple marketing disciplines: PR, Website Management & SEO, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Content Development, Photography & Videography Oversight, Trade Shows & Events, Promotional Programs, Vendor Marketing Partnerships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to critically assess creative content and marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience leveraging AI tools within marketing operations is highly desirable.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with urgency and ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment.
