In this quota-carrying role, you’ll build a strong pipeline, collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, and measure success by revenue attainment. Base pay ranges to reflect Denver market plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
