Compass seeks a Strategic Growth Manager in Denver to drive net-new revenue across our company-owned brokerages. You’ll engage top-performing agents and teams, shaping deals and articulating our growth platform with ownership over your market.

In this quota-carrying role, you’ll build a strong pipeline, collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, and measure success by revenue attainment. Base pay ranges to reflect Denver market plus bonuses.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
