Job summary

Compass is seeking an Account Executive/Strategic Growth Manager to drive net-new revenue across our real estate agent networks and brokerages in the California/Silicon Valley market. You will partner with top-producing agents to grow their business using our end-to-end platform and collaborate with local offices in San Jose and Los Gatos.

You will own the growth strategy, conduct tech demonstrations, build a robust pipeline, and develop deep market expertise while working with senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance; demonstrated ability to deliver a tech-focused presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing agents and teams.
• Conduct consultative business discovery and deliver enterprise-style demonstrations of our technology platform.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
