Compass is hiring an Account Executive (Strategic Growth Manager) in Tacoma, WA to drive net-new revenue with company-owned brokerages. You will work with top-performing real estate agents, shaping deals and expanding Compass presence in your market.

This high-impact role requires IQ, EQ, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment. Base pay ranges $110,000–$120,000 with a target bonus of $30,000–$60,000; equity and full benefits may be included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated high performance in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top real estate professionals to drive net-new revenue.
• Position Compass value proposition including technology, marketing, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a consultative approach.
• Develop market expertise and maintain a local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
