You will drive net-new revenue across Compass' brokerages by engaging top real estate agents and teams and guiding them to grow their business with us. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years quota-carrying sales experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
