The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with a quota-driven approach and strong relationship skills.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative, relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
