Compass in Houston is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to drive net-new revenue across company-owned brokerages. You will work with top-producing real estate agents, expanding our market presence and managing a robust, consultative sales pipeline.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, building deep market expertise and owning a high-impact, autonomous role with strong compensation potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.
