Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a VP, Strategic Business Partner who blends business acumen with interpersonal acuity to develop new revenue opportunities within selected Precision customer accounts by building strong client relationships and identifying high-value opportunities.

Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Business Development, this role leads cross-functional collaboration across service lines, negotiates value-based pricing, and manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation,

Qualifications

• BS in business and/or marketing or similar.
• 20+ years of experience in life sciences sales/marketing or professional services selling to life science companies.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth over multi-year roles.
• Expertise in consultative, insight-focused account-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual strategic business plans to drive new revenue and sales bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage client opportunities from prospecting to proposal development and transition to service lines.
• Coordinate cross-selling opportunities and expand market share within targeted accounts.
