Precision AQ is seeking a seasoned VP, Strategic Business Partner to drive new revenue within key client accounts and to build executive-level relationships in the life sciences sector.

You will lead strategic planning, coordinate with service lines, and drive cross-selling initiatives across the client base, while engaging senior stakeholders and shaping competitive positioning; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in business and/or marketing.
• 20+ years of experience in life sciences sales/marketing or related professional services.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth across multi-year roles.
• Expertise in consultative, account-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual strategic business plan to drive new revenue and sales.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to generate opportunities.
• Manage client opportunities from prospecting to SOW finalization and transition to service lines.
• Collaborate with service lines to inform budgets, forecasts and metrics.
• Promote capabilities through lead generation activities (conferences, webinars).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to expand market share within targeted accounts.
