Job summary

Molex is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in the Midwest hybrid role focused on Printed Circuit Solutions. You will lead regional growth, cultivate strategic accounts, and deliver PCS solutions aligned with customer needs and Molex's capabilities.

As a primary contact for key accounts, you will collaborate cross-functionally, provide forecasts, and report on performance metrics to drive retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
• Proven ability to close complex deals and develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies for flexible electronic applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts for retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with PCS capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, project management, operations, marketing and customer service.
• Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Track and report key account metrics to inform account plans.
• Represent Molex at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Act as customer advocate and escalation point to resolve issues promptly.
