Molex is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for its Printed Circuit Solutions unit in the Midwest (Detroit metro area). Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans and close complex deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business development strategies for flexible custom electronic applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities aligned with PCS capabilities and client goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, project management, operations, marketing, and customer service.
• Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and metrics using Salesforce.
• Represent Molex at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
