Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Commercial experience in flexible circuits, printed electronics, PCBs, or HMI technologies.
• Proven success in business development, account management, or technical sales.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and drive early pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the PCS business across the Western territory, identifying new opportunities and growth.
• Create, manage, and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline with documented requirements and revenue potential.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand technical needs to position PCS solutions.
• Partner with regional sales teams to support opportunity identification and product line growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, operations, marketing, and customer service to deliver tailored solutions.
