Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies targeting flexible custom electronic applications.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with PCS capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, project management, and operations.
• Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
