Job summary

Molex is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the PCS business across the Western U.S., with opportunities in broader North America. You will build a robust pipeline, grow key accounts, and enable regional sales teams to promote PCS technologies such as flexible circuits, printed electronics, PCBs, and HMI solutions.

The role requires strong commercial and technical acumen, with collaboration across engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in flexible circuits, printed electronics, PCBs, or HMI technologies.
• Proven success in BD, account management, technical sales, or related roles.
• Ability to travel to customers, suppliers and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the PCS business across the Western territory, identifying new opportunities and growth.
• Create, manage, and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline with documentation of requirements and revenue potential.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand technical needs to position PCS solutions.
• Partner with regional sales teams to support opportunity identification and product line growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, operations, marketing, and customer service to deliver tailored, technically sound solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and evolving technologies in flex circuits, printed electronics, PCBs, and HMI solutions.
• Serve as a commercial escalation point to resolve issues and maintain customer trust.
