Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Midwest region. The role focuses on leveraging connections with clients in R&D and manufacturing markets, and expanding the small molecule service portfolio.

The candidate should have field sales experience in pharma services, strong scientific knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 40% and a team-oriented, self-driven mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling for a service company in pharma (CDMO/CRO/CTO).
• Recent field travel and in-person client meetings.
• Strong scientific acumen; ability to learn new technical information.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed annual Midwest revenue targets by leveraging relationships and penetrating accounts.
• Generate new business in the small molecule sector aligned with our market focus and lab capacity.
• Identify opportunities through face-to-face meetings and virtual presentations.
• Collaborate across the organization to advance opportunities and mentor colleagues in Inside Business Development.
