Job summary

ABEC Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Service Business Unit focused on the Midwest region. The role requires managing existing accounts, developing new service opportunities, and driving growth across biopharmaceutical customers in ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, WI, IL, MI, IN.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Midwest and travel 60–80% to support customers throughout their lifecycle, delivering value through service solutions and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consultative/solutions-based sales in biopharma manufacturing.
• Ability to influence across operations, procurement, engineering, quality and leadership.
• Minimum of two years of CRM experience.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% within Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts in the Midwest.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service opportunities.
• Develop territory growth plans to increase service revenue and market share.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities and drive growth.
