JPMorganChase is seeking a Business Development Officer for the Middle Market Banking team in the Georgia & Mid-South region. You will lead national development initiatives, manage Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas & Tennessee markets, and generate high-quality sales leads by engaging prospects in dialogue about their banking needs.

Competenze

• 5+ years in sales or business development in Commercial/Business Banking space.
• Business-to-business sales experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Research prospects and strategize ways to win new relationships for the Commercial Bank.
• Use cold-calls, emails, events, and campaigns to contact 800–1,000 prospects quarterly.
• Develop relationships with prospects with $20M–$100M in sales and introduce bankers as appropriate.
• Pursue product education across treasury, credit, retirement planning, investment banking, etc.
• Collaborate with firm partners to prioritize prospects and share best practices.
• Maintain thorough activity records across the bank with multiple touch points.
