JPMorgan Chase in Seattle seeks a Business Development Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking to grow and retain profitable relationships, while championing a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset.

Reporting to the Region Manager, you will lead the region's business development efforts, identify and qualify prospects, introduce our banking team and product partners, and drive revenue growth through strategic cross-sell opportunities.

Competenze

10+ years of direct client management or related banking experience.
Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
Proven cross-selling and sales goal attainment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, proposal writing, and public speaking.

Mansioni

Partner with Banking, Credit, Treasury and Service partners to introduce our product capabilities.
Propel top line revenues while maximizing efficiency with focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
Mentor and coach the banking team and lead the region's prospecting activities.
Measure success by calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation and franchise growth.
