JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Seattle seeks a Business Development Executive to grow and retain profitable relationships in Mid-Corporate Banking. You will lead business development for Middle Market Banking, focusing on client acquisition and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a strong track record in sales, relationship management, and the ability to partner with product partners, credit staff, and senior management to drive revenue while managing risk.

Competenze

• 10 years of direct client management, lending, credit support, or similar industry experience.
• FINRA Series 63/79 and SIE licenses, or ability to obtain within 180 days.
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Experience in cross-selling products and meeting sales goals.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to partner with product partners, credit executives, and senior management.

• Partner with Banking, Credit, Treasury and Service teams to introduce our product capabilities.
• Propel top line revenues while maximizing efficiency with focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
• Serve as mentor and coach to the banking team and lead the region's prospecting activities.
• Measure success by calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, and franchise growth.
