Qualifications

• 10 years of direct client management, lending, credit support, or related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Experience in cross-selling products and meeting sales goals.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and partnering skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including proposals.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Banking, Credit, Treasury, and Service partners to introduce our product capabilities.
• Propel top line revenues while maximizing efficiency, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
• Serve as mentor and coach to the banking team and lead the region's prospecting activities.
• Measure success by activity, proposal generation, revenue, risk mitigation and franchise development.
