Job summary

Ecotech Hydro Excavation is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive company growth and revenue, secure new clients, and expand market presence in utilities and environmental services. You will build strong client relationships, support proposals, and collaborate with project teams in Quarryville and the surrounding region.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will foster client satisfaction, lead business development activities, and help represent Ecotech professionally

Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Consent to background check, motor vehicle check, and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate service solutions.
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and contract coordination as needed.
• Represent Ecotech professionally and ensure client satisfaction throughout the relationship lifecycle.
