Job summary

True Environmental is seeking a Client Development Leader to drive the business development of projects inCompliance, Remediation and Site Investigation. You will manage key accounts, foster client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives to expand our consulting services.

Reporting to the Senior VP of Environmental Services, you will develop strategies, pursue opportunities, and mentor team members while representing the company at industry events to grow our presence in the mining and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C or related industry.
10+ years of business development experience and leading/building client relationships.
Ability to work effectively with team members on multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software.

Responsibilities

Support the development and lead the execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services in compliance, remediation and site investigation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
Aim to advance relationships to 'trusted advisor' status and develop key accounts with long-term, multi-practice potential.
Engage with clients through meetings, conferences, site visits, and other strategic means.
Lead the development of proposals for potential new projects and programs.
Mentor junior project team members and ensure high-quality execution.
