Job summary

Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting partners with a dynamic engineering, environmental and construction services business to recruit a Business Development Manager/Director to expand operations across New England.

The role focuses on developing new client relationships, opportunities and strategic partnerships in state and local government, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, environmental and facilities markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client development, sales or growth roles in engineering, environmental, construction, infrastructure, or industrial services.
• Strong understanding of state/local government, industrial, manufacturing or infrastructure clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and business growth across target markets.
• Achieve annual growth objectives through new relationships and opportunities.
• Focus on state and local government initiatives, industrial clients and complex facility-based opportunities.
• Identify, research and qualify prospective clients, competitors and market opportunities.
• Generate and develop warm leads to support business development growth targets.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client deliverables and expectations are met.
