Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development and admission strategies across physician and clinical navigators. You will supervise the Admissions Manager and drive market-specific initiatives to meet organizational goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff training, and collaboration with management to ensure patient access, service expansion, and exceptional customer service across PAM Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff (Clinical Navigators, Physician Navigators & Admissions Manager) to achieve goals.
• Serve as primary liaison for referral sources and physicians.
• Monitor referral trends and adjust strategies to maximize admissions.
• Conduct needs assessment surveys with stakeholders to identify service needs.
• Develop and coordinate staff sales training for Navigators to ensure high customer service.
• Direct bi-weekly marketing meetings to review trends and initiatives.
• Provide supervision and coaching, including performance appraisals.
