JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Seattle seeks a Senior Business Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of large business clients. You will develop deposits, cash management, and credit solutions while delivering high-touch service and risk management.

Responsibilities include acquiring and deepening relationships with clients earning >$3MM in revenue, coordinating with branch and specialty teams, and guiding clients through complex banking needs with strategic insight.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit/cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client issues, own problems on their behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence others and navigate ambiguity to achieve outcomes.
• Strong existing business network or ability to build one via centers of influence.

Mansioni

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of approximately 70 business clients with annual revenue >$3MM; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored banking solutions and risk management.
• Grow the portfolio through prospecting and leveraging referral networks across branches and enterprise partners.
• Conduct in-person visits to develop full financial relationships and increase primary bank share.
• Understand client personal financial goals and coordinate with partners to deliver suitable solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
