Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit/cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client issues and follow through with commitments.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills; proactive and self-directed.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication across levels; leverage networks.
• Organizational skills to manage priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~70 business clients with >$3MM revenue; provide deposits, cash management, and up to $15MM credit; support branch bankers on large deals.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored banking solutions, leveraging treasury products and risk management knowledge.
• Grow the portfolio by prospecting for new clients and leveraging referrals across branches and centers of influence.
• Conduct in-person visits to deepen relationships and increase primary bank share at client sites.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals; coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to offer solutions.
• Onboard clients end-to-end and ensure delivery of full product suite; collaborate with service teams for ongoing support.
• Protect the firm by adhering to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
