ConGlobal is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director based in Texas who can travel regularly. You will build a pipeline, nurture opportunities, and close deals with warehousing tenants, retailers, and 3PLs. You thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and excel at cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead market analysis, develop positioning and pricing, and represent ConGlobal at industry events while expanding our footprint across the U.S. and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel regularly and ideally reside in Texas.
• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years in sales or business development.
• Experience selling to warehousing tenants (e-commerce, retailers, 3PLs).
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan development to close.
• Proven ability to meet targets with differentiated solutions.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of an organization.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow clients, markets, and profitability to hit annual targets.
• Prospect opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Communicate value through proposals and presentations.
• Understand markets and report trends affecting goals and direction.
• Develop pricing strategies for long-term market share and earnings.
• Monitor BD results and adjust actions to meet objectives.
• Represent the company at trade associations, conferences, and events.
• Build relationships with influencers and partners.
