Qualifications

• 5 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Must be very flexible with shift start times, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and adding and subtracting mentally while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for assigned area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Identifies concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action.
• Monitors productivity and analyzes reports; balances daily bank deposits and budgets.
• Maintains quality and safety by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders, coordinating workloads and evaluating performance.
• Provides expert guidance and applies best practices to meet customer and business needs.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders; supports implementation of business solutions.
