Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of business development experience with major accounts and leadership.
• Experience developing business with industrial, manufacturing, or EH&S clients desirable.
• Strong market analysis, competitive research, and strategic planning.
• Engineering experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and pursuit of strategic opportunities with high-value clients.
• Achieve and exceed annual growth targets for new clients and opportunities.
• Build executive-level relationships with key clients and partners.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure delivery of client commitments.
• Oversee lead generation, RFQ/RFP submissions, and proposals.
