Job summary

Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. in Plainville, CT, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new clients and strategic partnerships while aligning market insights with revenue goals.

You will own a part of the company through our ESOP, build cross-functional collaboration across engineering, EH&S, and construction teams, and help expand our multi-state footprint with proactive client engagement and targeted industry events.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• BS / BA in Business, Marketing or related field (Engineering experience preferred).
• 3-5 years developing business with manufacturing or industrial clients; selling environmental health and safety services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve at least 10% annual growth of new clients and business opportunities.
• Pursue new industrial customers’ opportunities utilizing a cross-functional business approach.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure customer deliverables are achieved.
• Identify and research potential clients and competition.
• Pursue leads, timelines and execution time to close.
• Generate & quantify warm leads to enhance and broaden business development growth goals.
• Support RFQ/P process and submissions.
• Seek out and attend targeted associations and trade show opportunities for team participation.
