Connectly Recruiting seeks a Director of Business Development in the Dallas area. This global company provides engagement solutions for Fortune 1000 clients; the role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week in Plano area.

You will identify accounts, craft entry strategies, run prospecting campaigns, build relationships, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience over $250k per sale.
• Experience with 3–12 month sales cycles.
• Career stability with a maximum of 4 jobs in the last 10 years.
• Compensation based on leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.
