Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic growth in U.S. Army air and missile defense programs. You will shape opportunities, engage with senior DoD stakeholders, and coordinate among product, engineering, and corporate development teams to deliver advanced defense capabilities.

The role requires deep defense domain knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% while maintaining an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ in operations, acquisition, program management, business development, or capture in government or defense.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Ability to navigate DoD processes and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven strategy to grow opportunities in new or existing markets.
• Grow business with large programs or transitions at scale.
• Understand client bases, roadmaps, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain relationships with Army air and missile defense stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate client challenges into solutions.
• Lead programmatic shaping, contracting, and funding strategies with various BLs and partner orgs.
