Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Director of Global Product Marketing to lead the strategy across its expanding product portfolio. This leader will shape positioning, translate technical differentiation into mission impact, and bring capabilities to market across the US and allied nations.

The role spans the full product lifecycle, collaborating with division leaders, communications, design and growth teams to maintain a coherent portfolio while honoring distinct markets and customer contexts.

Formación

• 15+ years in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
• 7+ years leading and developing high-performing teams, including senior leaders.
• Experience defining positioning and go-to-market strategy for technically complex products.
• Track record marketing products across the full lifecycle, from launch through scaled adoption.
• Exceptional ability to turn complex technical capabilities into clear, credible narratives.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives, business unit leaders, product leaders and technical teams.
• Strong strategic judgment. Can distinguish consequential priorities from noise.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and drive decisions without relying on formal authority
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong operational and financial discipline, including managing budgets and proving measurable impact

Responsabilidades

• Own Anduril’s product narratives and messaging architecture across divisions and markets.
• Build differentiated marketing approaches for each product lifecycle stage.
• Own GTM planning for priority products, defining success criteria and measurement.
• Partner to define target audiences, competitive positions, proofs, and market entry strategies.
• Equip customer-facing teams with narratives, decks, materials, demos and intel.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner to the CBO, CSO and other leaders.
• Develop a global framework for marketing to allied nations across markets.
• Oversee marketing at major US and international trade shows with win themes and priorities.
• Grow the product marketing team with high standards and autonomy.
