Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Proven development and growth leader with DoD capture and sales experience.
• Familiarity with full product lifecycle from concept to fielding and sustainment.
• High-energy, high-ownership leadership with fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills briefing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DoD/IC/Commercial programs, platforms and payloads.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in systems engineering/growth support.

Aufgaben

• Initiate executive engagements and lead response strategy for RFIs, RFPs, RFWPs, and unsolicited proposals.
• Lead opportunities in shaping, capture, and design; support end-to-end growth process.
• Foster multi-business collaborations to unlock use cases and markets for Anduril products.
• Own design of systems and subsystems including requirements, trades, and risk management.
• Set and communicate technical and programmatic vision; assemble cross-functional teams.
• Perform trade analyses for early designs with technical and growth teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to scale prototypes to full-rate production.
• Align resource plans with work scope in coordination with senior leadership.
