Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years as a cross-functional leader in hardware and/or software.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience delivering technology to large commercial or government organizations.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: lead teams building early-stage products and mature them to scale.
• Program Management: forecast resources and ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Support Global Growth Initiatives: advise on international engagements and roadmaps for growth.
• Flex Capacity: serve as a cross-functional leader across the business line as needed.
